• Watch for

  Turn 1 is close to the only real overtaking spot. Cars arrive off a straight over a kilometre long, so watch the first braking zone of each lap.

• The test track

  Teams know this place better than almost anywhere. Its long straights and varied corners give a full picture of a car, and that is why it is used for testing.

• The Olympics

  Built in 1991, the track was the start and finish of the road team time trial at the 1992 Barcelona Olympics.
